If you are new to Brazilian Keratin Treatments, or have any doubt or questions about how this therapy will affect you or your hair, we highly encourage you to come in for a free consultation.  Everyone has different hair, AND different expectations.  Choosing a consultation will ensure you and your stylist are on the same page prior to making a deposit on your appointment.

Cancellation, Reschedule, No-Show Policy
We have a strict 48 hour cancellation/reschedule/no show policy for the Keratin treatment, no exceptions.  Reschedules, or cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours will be charged a $100 fee.  Cancellations, Reschedules or No-Shows within less than 24 hours will be charged the full price of the service.

Keratin Complex appointments require a deposit.  Appointments made that do not have a deposit within 48 hours of your scheduled time, unfortunately will have to be canceled.  You may make this deposit in person (cash, check or credit), over the phone (credit), or via the internet (in the form of a purchased gift card for the amount of the service).
