We love families and children. However, we use hot irons and sharp scissors – and don’t want anyone to be injured while visiting Source Salon & Spa, least of all a child. Additionally, we are committed to providing a relaxing, stress-free atmosphere for all of our guests, and our staff does not provide child care services. If you must bring your children with you for your appointment, they must be quiet and well behaved, or you will be asked to leave.

For the convenience of our other clients please turn off or silence all cell phones and other electronic devices while visiting Source Salon & Spa.

We have a large salon and spa that has been designed for both your comfort and enjoyment. You might enjoy our reception, refreshment bar, treatment rooms, hair stations, manicure or pedicure stations, our private event/waiting room, our restrooms, our makeup station, or our dedicated airbrush tanning room.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment at Source Salon & Spa, we require 24 hours notice for most appointments. Keratin Complex treatments require 48 hours.

Cancellations within 24 hours will be treated as missed appointments. In order to reschedule a missed appointment you must have a gift card on file that will cover your booked appointments. For the security of your credit information, we no longer store any credit card information on file. You may however buy a gift card either via phone or online to hold an appointment for those appointments that we require a deposit.

You will be charged full price for any subsequent missed appointments.

Source Salon & Spa conducts business in a lively retail neighborhood. Please check in at least 15 minutes before for your service. If you are late, your appointment may be abbreviated or cancelled so as to not inconvenience other Source Salon & Spa guests.

Parking

We realize that parking is at a premium in Ballard. Source offers complimentary parking in the Canal Station garage. Available parking spaces are marked “Commercial” and are numbered. There is plenty of street parking around Source, particularly south on NW Leary.

Parties/Group Bookings

Bookings for parties at Source Salon & Spa require a gift card reservation.
